Beer & Bistro
Our newest adventure is the Airways Brewing Co. Beer & Bistro, located in Historic Downtown Kent. Here we crank out some amazing food from our galley-sized micro-kitchen. Our kitchen may be small, but our flavors are not. Try our hand tossed flatbread pizzas… black forest ham and apple; bacon, tomato and arugula; and vegetarian chipotle sausage that will satisfy even the most stubborn carnivore are just some of the pizzas we can make for you.

On the sandwichy side, we’ve got homemade tarragon chicken salad, a selection of flavorful paninis for meat lovers and vegetarians alike, and our famous BLT on French baguette with homemade tangy Russian dressing.

If you’re in the mood for something smaller, we have an all-day small bites menu with things like hummus and pita, pretzels with stoneground mustard, and freshly made bruschetta.

We believe work should be more like play, so follow us on Facebook to see what specials we come up with. Sometimes we plan ahead, sometimes we don’t.

On tap, we serve only Washington made beer, wine, and cider. Our beer, of course, which you can order by the pint or take home in a growler. We also like to travel around, looking for those small production, unique beers that you can’t find anywhere else in Kent. Watch our Twitter feed to see when new beers and ciders go on tap.
