Our Beer

Sky Hag IPA®
She hates you and her job. But, she gets to go to Paris twice a month. This beer’s as bitter as she is. An abundance of Northwest “C” Hops give this beer its bite.
ABV: 7.8% IBU: 99+
Hops: Columbus

Our most popular beer, the Sky Hag IPA, is high on the bitter scale, but well balanced with sweet malts.

Chocolate Stout
Escape to a far off place with this rich, roasty stout aged on artisanal dark cocoa nibs.
ABV: 5.3% IBU: 35
Hops: Fuggles, EK Goldings

Coffee lovers will enjoy the deep, roasty flavors that come from the toasted malts in this beer. Aged on local, organic cocoa nibs, this beer also has hints of dark baker’s chocolate. Flavors will become more pronounced as the beer warms.

Year-Round, Available on Draught and in 16 oz. Cans

Pre-Flight Pilsner™
Our take on a pre-prohibition style pilsner; fuller in body with a distinct, spicy hop presence. Next time you get that middle seat on a cross-country red-eye, this may keep you from clobbering that kid who keeps kicking the back of your seat.
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 30
Hops: Hallertauer, Saaz

Our Pre-Flight Pilsner represents an earlier era of light, but flavorful beers. Crisp and refreshing, full-bodied, and low on the bitter scale.

Year-Round, Available on Draught and in 16 oz. Cans

Oatmeal PSA™ (Pale Session Ale)
Our Oatmeal PSA (Pale Session Ale) is perfect for drinking any time of day. Brewed with flaked oats for a creamy sweetness, this sessionable beer is balanced with citrusy Northwest hops. This beer hints at a favorite airline of yesteryear. If you’re a California native, you may know what we’re talking about.
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 35
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Magnum

Light, crisp, with a hint of citrus that comes from the hops used in this beer.

Seasonal

Midnight Departure CDA™ (Cascadian Dark Ale)
This style combines the darkness of a Porter, with the hop-profile of an IPA, along with a hint of chocolate and roast. Brewed with Amarillo, Cascade, and Magnum hops.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 70
