The following store policies are meant to answer our most common questions. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
Gift Certificates: $1 (Please note that currently, gift certificates are for in store use only, and cannot be redeemed online.)
Apparel, bottles, and glassware shipping rates are based on weight:
0.01 – 2 lbs: $8.05
2.01 – 5 lbs: $10.46
5.01 – 10 lbs: $17.29
10.01 – 15 lbs: $22.35
15 – 25 lbs: $28.09
Please note: Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
In stock items will ship out within five business days of purchase, however, many of our items are not stocked before order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your items to ship. If you require your items by a certain date, please feel free to contact us for arrangements.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
We are only allowed by law to ship alcohol to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. All alcohol purchases will require an ID check and signature of an adult over the age of 21.
Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us with the shipping address at firstname.lastname@example.org for charges.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We offer 30 day money back or replacement guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact us at email@example.com in advance to obtain instructions for return within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. In stock replacement items will ship within five (5) days. Out of stock items will ship in approximately 1-3 weeks. Discontinued items will be refunded. Please note that gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our server logs may automatically receive and record information from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
We use PayPal’s SSL credit card processing to keep your personal and credit card information safe. Their security policies can be read here. We can also process your order over the phone with a credit card number and expiration date.
