Food + Festival Beers: Our 2024 Spring Fest kicks off this afternoon at The Tap Room & Brewery.

Join us for grilled bratwurst from Bavarian Meats, giant pretzels & cake from Kaffeeklatsch Seattle and the release of two new beers: Spring Festbier and Bavarian-style Hefeweizen.

Food starts at 4, and that`s also when we`ll tap a special German gravity barrel of Festbier. ...

We’re a week away from our annual Spring Fest (Frühlingsfest) and the release of two, new Spring beers. Join us at The Tap Room & Brewery on Thursday, April 18th for a Festbier barrel tapping, along with grilled bratwurst and giant pretzels. The celebration continues at The Bistro & Beer Garden on the 19th & 20th.

In addition to our annual Spring Festbier, we’ll tap our first-ever Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. We’ve been looking forward to brewing this beer for years, and are happy to say it’s tasting amazing.

On tap now: Space Church: East Meets West. Crisp and clean, with intense tropical flavors. We took the grain bill of a Northwest-style IPA and combined it with the mega-fruity hop additions of our Northeast-style beers. As always, super quaffable.
